The plastic shell is made of enhance engineering plasts which retains flexibility resilience and tensile strength over a wide temperature range. The waterproofing seal Rubber Ring is made of high grade rubber and silica-gel, So it have  very good performance of corrosion-proof, anti-ageing, ultraviolet radiation resistant and work in a wide temperature range. The piercing teeth is made of special good-conductive materials for good electric capability.PrincipleSMS Insulation Piercing Connector is made up of Plastic shell, Piercing teeth, Waterproofing rubber ring and Torque screw. At IPC tap cable, please remove the cable shell( no need shell the insulated tube) then insert tap conductor, making sure conductor is fully seated in end cap. Place connector on main conductor. Tighten the bolt with a closed-end wrench or socket until the top shear-head breaks off. When wrench the screw, the connector is gradually fold and the piercing teeth is touch the conductor by piercing the insulation tube of cables. More close the connector by wrench, the piercing teeth will piercing cable more deeply. The shear-head is breaks off on the piercing teeth is connect conductor in best effective time. And the main cable is connect the branch cable with the rubber ring retain the waterproof of connection to improve the stabilization of power network.

SpecialityMechanical property: The IPC connector is no damage when strain cable.Waterproof property: The dielectric strength test up to 15KV (MV), 6KV(LV) in the water.Temperature rise property: the Temperature rise of IPC is low than the Cables when the big current transmitted.Electric property: The certain torque screw and high grade conductive piercing teeth is assure the IPC stable and good electric performance.Application range: Tap connect the Cu and Al. cable range from 1.5 sq.mm to 400 sq.mm.
